Two names, one phone call

People get confused by this, reasonably, so here it is plainly. Keyless Solutions supplies the locks. LockLab fits them and does the locksmithing. Same people behind both.

Keyless Solutions

The product side. We bring in the smart locks, the cylinders, the gateways and the accessories, and supply them direct, to homeowners and to the trade. If you have bought a lock with KS on the box, that is us.

Everything technical on this site, the specifications, the fitting templates and the install guides, is published by us and taken from our own drawings and the documents that ship in the carton. Where we do not hold a figure, the page says so rather than guessing.

LockLab

The hands-on side. Locksmiths, based in Auckland. They fit the locks we supply, rekey and repair conventional hardware, cut keys, and take emergency callouts. When you book a fitting through this site, LockLab is who turns up.

Why it matters

• We supply the lock and LockLab fits it, and the same people are behind both, so nobody can blame the other one when something is wrong.
• If a lock plays up two years later, the same phone number still works.
• LockLab fits these locks on real Auckland doors, which is why this site tells you what they cannot do as well as what they can.

Our approach

The app is TTLock. It is not ours and we do not pretend it is. What is ours is the supply, the documentation and the answer when you ring. LockLab does the fitting.
