Smart lock supply and install
We supply the lock, and LockLab measures the door, fits it and sets up the first codes with you. The door is measured first, so the backset we order is the one it needs.

Emergency callouts

Rekeying and restricted keys
Change who has access without changing the hardware. Common after a tenancy change or a lost key.
Key safes
Our KS smart key safe now comes in two styles. The original, available while stocks last, holds about five keys and opens by app, code, card or fingerprint. The new one has softer, rounder edges. Useful for cleaners, guests and trades. Ask us about opening or servicing an existing safe.
