Warranty

Everything we sell carries a two year warranty from the date of purchase: our locks, cylinders, key safes and accessories.

The warranty does not cover damage from where or how a product is installed or used, including:

locks installed on the sea front or in coastal spray, where salt corrodes the hardware;
exposure to harsh chemicals, including cleaning chemicals, pool chemicals and industrial fumes;
installation that does not follow our install guide, or damage during fitting;
flat, leaking or incorrect batteries;
on the KS150, fitting without a latch roller ball or a concealed magnet;
on the KS250 and KS280, breaking the screw inside the handle hole when reversing the handle.

If a lock is going somewhere exposed, tell us before you buy and we will advise you.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
