Downloads
Install guides, fitting templates, data sheets and leaflets for every lock, free, with no login and no form. Tap a document to open it.
Print at 100% scale with fit-to-page turned off, then measure the 100mm bar on the sheet. If it is not exactly 100mm the print is wrong and the template must not be used. A door cannot be un-drilled.
What is in each set
- Installation guide. Fitting, first setup and handover.
- Fitting template. A4 landscape, printed at true size.
- Data sheet. Panel size, depth, backsets, battery and rating, for specifying.
- In-box leaflet. The short card that goes to the owner.

The complete set is one file per lock: print only the page you need.
The current KS150, KS200, KS250, KS280 and KS300 are opened by the TTLock app. This guide covers installing it, adding the lock, handing out codes and cards, and transferring the lock when a house sells. Written in plain English.

What if the battery dies?
The KS150, KS200, KS250, KS280 and KS300 all take a mechanical key, so a flat battery is an inconvenience and not a callout. The KS150, KS200 and KS280 also carry a USB emergency power port: behind the lower front cover on the KS150, and on the bottom edge on the KS200 and KS280. A phone power bank on it powers the lock so your code works. It does not open the lock by itself.
What if the internet drops?
Your PIN never checks with a server. A code you were given last month still works in an outage. Remote features need the Wi-Fi gateway, but opening the door does not.
Will it fit my door?
Two questions and a bank card. We will tell you which locks cannot go on your door, and by how many millimetres, before you spend anything.
The app
The app is TTLock. It is not ours and we do not pretend it is. It does the job: codes, cards, eKeys and a log of who came in when. It is a functional piece of software rather than a beautiful one, and you can go a long time without opening it, because the keypad and the card do most of the work.
